You can request a full refund if:

  • your purchase is significantly different than as seen or described on its product page

  • you show us that your product arrived already damaged 

If it is your preference, in the event of any of the above and as an alternative to being refunded, we can send a replacement or alternative print, as well as another free small print, free of charge. This is our way of apologising should anything unfortunate occur and ensuring that your generous donation can still make its way to our chosen charities.

Your postage can be fully refunded if deliveries take in excess of two weeks.


We don't offer a returns system at TwoBirds, because of the extra effort and resources it takes for you to organise. Instead, we ask that you donate any product with which you are dissatisfied to a charitable organisation, or give it to a friend. We can then provide you with a full refund, assuming one or more of the above conditions is met.


The colour of prints may differ slightly from the photographs on this website. Only if there is a significant discrepancy will the print be eligible for a refund.
